UPDATE TO HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE (HKIAC) ARBITRATION RULES

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) has released its updated 2024 Administered Arbitration Rules (the Rules). The Rules will apply to HKIAC arbitrations which start on or after 1 June 2024 (unless the arbitration agreement refers to another version of the HKIAC Rules).
